Givachio Return and Refund Policy

At Givachio, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully.

1. Reporting Issues

In the event of finding a fault with the product or printing, please inform us of the issue within 12 hours of delivery through email (givachioseo@gmail.com), telephone, or by filling out our contact form. We will advise you on the correct way to return the order.

2. Return Process

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Return Authorization: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping: Depending on the fault and issue with the order, we may request you to ship the order back to us using a trackable service to avoid any further issues. Please supply photos where possible of any issues related to the product or the print so that a better idea of the initial problem will be more apparent.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

4. Refunds

Givachio.com does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on products ordered as this is a bespoke service. However, we cover all faulty items at our discretion and with valid evidence.
